• An advance payment may be required to schedule production
• The balance is payable prior to or on delivery, as specified in the order documents
• Late payments may attract interest charges at the rate specified in the order documents or, where not specified, at the maximum rate permitted by law

5. Delivery, Installation, and Site Readiness

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site access, transportation logistics, or events beyond our reasonable control
• The customer is responsible for ensuring site access, foundation readiness, and clear working space prior to delivery and installation
• Any additional work, equipment, or delays caused by inadequate site preparation may be charged extra

6. Product Specifications and Warranty

• Product specifications, dimensions, and finishes are indicative and subject to manufacturing tolerances and continuous improvement
• Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly between production batches and from website or catalogue imagery
• Any product warranty is provided in accordance with our written warranty terms issued with the order, if applicable
